Job summary

Birge & Held in Okemos, MI is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will build relationships, explain leasing options, coordinate with onsite and central teams, and maintain accurate records in Onesite.

You will respond to resident concerns, support events, and help drive occupancy and satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more years in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite, Yardi, or similar) and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset to address concerns.
• Ability to manage time and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents and provide information on units and leasing options.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management software.
• Support resident events and community initiatives.
• Address maintenance, billing questions, and general inquiries in a timely manner.
