Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents, guiding them through leasing options.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate resident records in OneSite and prepare leasing documents.
• Support events and initiatives to enhance the community experience.
• Collaborate with Resident Screening, AR, and Renewal teams to ensure smooth operations.
