Responsibilities

• Serve as the first on-site contact for residents and prospects.
• Foster relationships and provide information on units, amenities, and leasing options.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries, maintenance requests, and billing questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare leasing documents and maintain accurate resident records.
• Generate regular reports on satisfaction and leasing performance.
