Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents at our Okemos community. You will build relationships, explain leasing options, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth prospect journey.

You will address resident needs, manage records in OneSite, and support events while maintaining accuracy in reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Onesite or Yardi and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects to build relationships and present leasing options.
• Provide detailed information on units, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Collaborate with off-site sales/leasing to support closings.
• Organize resident events to enhance community experience.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and respond promptly to concerns.
