Job summary

Birge & Held, located in Indianapolis, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to welcome residents and prospects on-site, handling inquiries and guiding them through leasing options. The role emphasizes knowledge of community amenities, timely responses, and a proactive service mindset.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage resident concerns, and maintain accurate records to support leasing performance and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• One year or more experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Build relationships with prospects and provide leasing information.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and support lease closings.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Onesite or similar software.
• Collaborate with Central Property Operations on screenings, renewals, and AR.
