Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service to prospective and current residents at the Denver property. You will build lasting relationships, understand resident needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth.

You will manage inquiries, support lease processes, and contribute to events while maintaining accurate records and reporting key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents while adhering to policies and laws.
• Assess needs to match residents with suitable units and amenities.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, addressing concerns and coordinating with teams.
• Maintain accurate resident records in OneSite and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with central operations (renewals, AR) to ensure smooth handoffs and processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support community events and initiatives.
