Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in Honolulu, HI. You will coordinate resident requests with the property management team and maintain community appearance while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include processing leases, walk-throughs of model homes, inspecting vacating units, managing rent balances in YARDI, and supporting the Leasing team while representing the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience in sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and coordinate requests with the property management team.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide exemplary customer service and professional communication with residents at all times.
• Inspect model and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready for prospective clients.
• Administer move-in lease documents and conduct pre-move-in inspections with residents.
• Coordinate notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspections, including charges for damages and final utility bills.
