Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will coordinate resident requests with the property management team, maintain community appearance, assist in marketing functions, and provide exceptional customer service to residents.

You will manage files, retention programs, and follow up on service requests while supporting the Community Director and Leasing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience using common office software and basic computer skills.
• Sales experience is a plus and customer-focused mindset valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries and requests.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide courteous, professional, and prompt responses to residents.
• Inspect model and vacant homes for touring readiness as needed.
• Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinate move-outs, notices to vacate, and final inspections.
• Monitor rental accounts and ensure correct fees in YARDI.
• Help maintain curb appeal and office/amenities appearances.
• Follow up with residents to confirm issue resolution within time frames.
• Support Community Director/Manager and Leasing team as needed.
• Participate in monthly functions to aid resident retention.
• Drive company vehicle or use personal vehicle for company business as needed.
