Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management and enhance resident retention. You will assist with move-ins, develop engaging programs, and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and assists with tours as needed
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member
• Maintains guest suite schedule and manages loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/outs
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use
• Develops and executes events, services, and programs with measurable outcomes
• Keeps information on local restaurants, shops, and services and maintains vendor relationships
• Responds to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinates marketing/awareness of events and initiatives
• Creates monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; updates Resident Portal postings
• Supports sales and marketing program standards and budget planning and manages expenses
