Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Houston to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants and collaborate with property staff to promote a quality living experience.

You will coordinate resident functions, publish the property newsletter, handle resident issues, schedule rentals, process work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds. Some evening/weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide effective customer service to prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff.
• Knowledge of property operations to assist planning of resident activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident functions and orients residents to the property.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with planned events and resident services.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests and incident reports.
• Schedules activity center/clubhouse rentals, maintains rental contracts and collects fees.
• Processes work orders for maintenance and contacts residents to confirm satisfaction.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and notifies maintenance of repairs.
