Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Supervisor to assist the Community Director and Manager in operating the property, ensuring resident satisfaction, and handling rent and pre-close accounting.

This role interacts with residents, vendors, and Hunt employees to maintain service levels and financial accuracy. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, process leases and renewals, monitor delinquencies, and contribute to reporting and resident events.

Qualifications

• Two years property leasing experience.
• 1–3 years managing others.
• Experience with YARDI preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including military community.

Responsibilities

• Monitors accounts receivable, collects rent, posts payments, and maintains rent roll.
• Collects delinquent balances and processes tenant refunds.
• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audits records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Processes evictions and attends hearings.
• Leases units as needed and processes renewals.
• Enters vendor payables and processes payments to AP.
• Coordinates maintenance and make-ready for move-out to move-in.
• Performs inspections of vacant units and property safety.
• Supports Community Director with staff performance and resident relations.
• Plans resident events and assists with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
