Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to lead a leasing team and enhance resident experiences at our properties. The role focuses on customer service, showings, and relationship-building with prospective and current residents.

You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming leasing office, conducting model tours, and contributing ideas to improve marketing and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Energetic, positive and people-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to drive property success and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment.
• Conduct tours of models and show units to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects and support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to improve resident satisfaction.
