Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service (or related roles).
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proven ability to seal deals with prospective residents (closing ratio expectations).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive property success and occupancy.
• Maintain a professional leasing office and welcoming environment.
• Direct tours of models and tours routes to showcase property."
