Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is hiring for a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to lead the leasing and resident experience for our properties. You will drive the sales process, mentor the team, and ensure a high level of customer service to prospects and residents.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, strong English communication, energy, and a collaborative spirit to improve marketing, tours, and resident satisfaction at our properties.

Qualifications

• You have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• You have the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Be fun! Have energy! Be the energizer bunny.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and resident experience team to drive property success.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Inspect tours and models to ensure they look their best.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
