Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Sales & Resident Experience Consultant) to lead the property team and drive leasing success while delivering memorable resident experiences. You will engage with prospective residents, showcase communities, and collaborate with the Property Manager to market units and maintain inviting leasing offices.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Be fun! Have energy and be the energizer bunny.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing office and drive property success with the sales team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing area.
• Tour routes and models to showcase the property at its best.
• Stay aware of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Maintain professional resident communications and administrative tasks.
