Responsibilities

• Tour models and routes to showcase the property and its best features.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager to improve resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications in writing and verbally.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
