Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to drive the property’s success.
• Market the property and contribute to resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and to team members.
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office atmosphere where residents gather.
• Be an inspector—ensure tour routes and models look their best.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and improving resident satisfaction.
