Qualifications

• You have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• You can adapt to new technologies and platforms.
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to drive the property’s success.
• Seal the deal with a strong closing ratio of 20% or higher.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Be an inspector—ensure tours and models look their best.
• Stay aware of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain clear, professional resident communications in writing and verbally.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
