The role requires 5+ years in residential property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel up to 25% and work occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in residential property management.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience maximizing revenue through loyalty programs.
• Ability to analyze data and connect operations to business goals.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Process and reconcile housing-related financial transactions and identify variances.
• Resolve complex resident concerns and address noncompliance with policies.
• Design and deploy resident information campaigns to improve satisfaction.
• Support strategies to increase income, reduce expenses, and raise community value.
• Lead training and development of team members on culture, goals, and leasing operations.
• Maintain relationships with key partners to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform duties of a Resident Associate as needed.
