Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Leasing & Resident Manager to design and implement leasing, sales, marketing, operational, and administrative programs to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This role leads day-to-day leasing operations, oversees revenue and expenses, ensures compliance with fair housing laws, and mentors a team to achieve program goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in residential property management. A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a quota driven environment, including success coaching team members on lead generation, closing techniques, contract compliance, and customer complaint resolution.
• Proven ability to maximize revenue through data-driven strategies: market positioning, promotions, price optimization, and customer loyalty programs.
• Proven ability to perform accounting functions, including managing delinquent accounts, implementing collections procedures, and verifying transactions against audit trails.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and connect operations to business strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to organize activities to ensure operations are productive and meet goals.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse backgrounds and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Assume a proactive role in increasing the efficiency of leasing operations and ensuring procedures meet business requirements and create a positive experience for prospects and residents.
• Assist in pursuing and deploying sales and marketing strategies to increase income, decrease expenses, and add to the overall value of the program.
• Present the community as a high quality living space by ensuring the tour path, common areas, model and units are ready for showing through inspection and cross‑functional partnering.
• Oversee day-to-day leasing functions, ensuring all operations comply with company standards, fair housing regulations, and other laws.
• Develop, execute and manage local marketing strategies aligned with program and company standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day resident relations functions and ensure a positive resident experience.
• Oversee housing-related resident financial transactions, identify variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve complex resident concerns, questions, and requests, addressing chronic noncompliance with community policies.
• Design and deploy resident information campaigns to increase satisfaction as measured by surveys and rankings.
• Assist in pursuit of strategies to increase income, decrease expenses, and add value to the community.
• Create accountability and provide timely performance feedback to team members.
• Lead training and development of team through coaching and mentoring on culture, goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
• Develop and maintain win-win relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform duties of a Leasing & Resident Associate as needed.
