Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Leasing & Resident Manager to support day-to-day leasing operations and resident services. You will help implement sales, marketing and administrative programs to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring a high quality resident experience.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing tours, and resolving complex resident concerns. Weekend/evening hours may be required and a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, leasing, marketing, hospitality or customer service with at least 6 months in residential property management.
• Supervisory or lead role experience.
• Ability to lead projects and motivate teams.
• Strong data analysis to connect leasing activities to business goals.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing & Resident Manager to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Assist in pursuing and deploying sales and marketing strategies to raise income and program value.
• Ensure showing readiness of tours, model units and common areas through proactive coordination.
• Resolve resident concerns and address escalated issues with management support.
• Assist with resident campaigns to improve satisfaction and community rankings.
• Oversee leasing and resident relations to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with the Leasing & Resident Manager and cross-functional partners.
• Help develop local marketing strategies aligned with program standards.
