Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve complex resident concerns and ensure policy adherence.
• Deploy engagement campaigns to improve resident satisfaction.
• Set expectations, supervise staff, and provide feedback.
• Coach and mentor team members on culture, sales, and leasing ops.
• Build relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform duties of Resident Associate as needed.
