Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Resident Manager to lead day‑to‑day resident relations and financial administration for our communities in the Fort Meade area. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive high resident satisfaction, oversee financial transactions, and resolve escalated issues while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in residential property management, including 3+ years in supervision, with a track record of coaching staff and increasing community value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in residential property management
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to coach and train team members on performance and compliance
• Proven ability to maximize revenue with data-driven loyalty and retention programs
• Experience with delinquent accounts and audit trails

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional teams
• Manage housing-related resident financial transactions and reconciliations
• Resolve complex resident concerns and ensure policy compliance
• Design and deploy resident information and engagement campaigns
• Identify strategies to increase income, reduce expenses, and enhance community value
• Create accountability, set expectations, and provide performance feedback
• Lead training and development of team members on culture, goals, and leasing operations
• Develop relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness
• Perform duties of a Resident Associate as needed
