Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Associate to serve as the primary contact for resident transactions and to generate revenue through fee enforcement, lease enhancements, and renewals. The role focuses on resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include move-in/out processing, account maintenance, and enforcing community standards. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to retain customers by securing renewals and cross-selling.
• Experience with collections, evictions, or fee assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and respond promptly to concerns.
• Handle move-in/move-out and eviction processes, including inspections and notifications.
• Maintain tenant ledgers and track revenue/expenses for each lease.
• Promote a high quality living environment by enforcing community policies and educating residents.
• Provide timely information about community events, programs, and initiatives.
• Drive lease renewals and cross-community relocation opportunities; execute renewal processes.
• Organize materials, report defects, and perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as phone answering, filing, data entry, and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
