Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level support to residents in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve property issues, and support move-in processes to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in property management administration. This position is based in a responsive, team-oriented setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe; experience with property management software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or over the phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Handle property issues and GPCA assessments while maintaining a positive resident experience.
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority.
• Make outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
• Review and track items on the applicable task list.
