Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a polite, professional manner.
• Handle property issues and conduct property condition assessments (GPCAs).
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Assist with Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority.
• Perform outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
• Review and work through action items on applicable task lists.
