Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level service to residents in a fast-paced environment. This CSR-PM supports operations by handling inquiries, coordinating property issues, and assisting with move-in processes.

You will interact with residents by phone and in person, using property management software, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; experience with property management software is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and calm handling of advanced calls.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents in person or over the phone in a well-mannered and professional way.
• Handling property issues and GPCA assessments while maintaining a positive resident experience.
• Completing resident welcome calls and emails to ensure a seamless move-in.
• Assisting in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicating with the Housing Authority.
• Performing outbound delinquency calls to residents for rent collections and addressing HOA violations.
• Reviewing and working through all action items on the task list.
