Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; Adobe; familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Address property issues and conduct property condition assessments to maintain resident experience.
• Perform resident welcome calls and emails to ensure smooth move-ins.
• Assist with processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority.
• Make outbound delinquency calls and support in handling HOA violations.
