Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations of our Glendale property. You will help with resident satisfaction, leasing activities, and financial reporting to ensure smooth property performance.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in property management, familiarity with leasing cycles, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A valid driver's license and ability to work on-site are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee tenant relations, leasing, and lease administration.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, and post rents.
• Prepare regular financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions and move-ins/outs as needed.
• Inspect property for safety and cleanliness; coordinate repairs.
