Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will help manage the rent roll, reports, and compliance while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction on-site.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, strong MS Office skills, and a real estate license is preferred in some locations. This on-site role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred; real estate license preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance scheduling.
• Manage rent collection, postings, deposits, and rent roll accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and lease expirations.
• Process move-ins and move-outs and lease renewals.
• Assist in leasing and marketing activities and training staff.
