Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations, lease administration, and resident services. You will help ensure efficient property performance and a positive experience for residents and owners.

You will handle rent actions, financial reporting, inspections, and coordination with maintenance while upholding company policies and safety regulations. A real estate mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent posting, deposits and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease files and resident records for accuracy.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and operations.
