Avenue5 Residential in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, lease administration, reporting, and resident experiences across assigned properties. This role emphasizes ensuring efficient property operations, coordinating maintenance, and delivering great service to residents and owners.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of property management experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in managing day-to-day operations, including resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable processes: rent collection, posting, deposits, and rent roll.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers; assist with move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Assist with leasing training, marketing, and office operations; prepare routine notices and correspondence.
