Avenue5 Residential in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will help manage financials, reports, and vendor contracts to ensure smooth property performance.

Key requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2–3 years in property management, and familiarity with property systems (Yardi Voyager preferred). This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee resident satisfaction, retention, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent posting, deposits, and rent roll.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and detainers.
• Process move-ins/outs and lease renewals; assist with evictions when needed.
• Assist with training staff and preparing routine notices and letters.
