Qualifications

• 2 years of on-site property management experience, preferably in luxury apartments.
• Experience using Yardi and strong office skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level service to residents.
• Drive sales goals and assist with leasing processes.
• Manage financial records and assist with budget decisions.
