You will oversee loss prevention, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and resident relations while leading on-site teams. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience confirmed.
• Experience with leasing, marketing and construction knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with residents, clients, and the public.
• Strive to improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop cash flow management and leasing strategy to operate the property.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain complete community files and ensure lease data accuracy in software.
• Coordinate revenue collection and documentation per lease obligations.
• Engage and supervise on-site staff and leasing team members.
• Manage resident relations and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
• Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team participation.
