Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Aurora, CO seeks a Community Manager to protect, maintain and enhance the property value while elevating the living experience for residents through coordinated operations.

You will direct day-to-day maintenance, leasing, security, marketing and financial activities, build operating cash flow, and review monthly statements to drive performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Four years’ property management experience.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent project leadership with teamwork and remote work ability.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional, client-oriented attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
• Strive for improvements in community performance to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep.
• Develop income through managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze and produce monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain complete community files and input lease data into software.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues from leases.
• Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for property needs.
• Lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff and leasing team.
• Manage resident relations and lease-related issues.
• Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team participation.
