Job summary

The position requires supervising on-site teams, analyzing monthly financials, and managing budgets and cash flow. A four-year background in property management and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in property management.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing, and staff.
• Manage cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease data.
• Coordinate revenues and invoicing.
