Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a resident community in Ohio. The role focuses on protecting, maintaining, and enhancing value while maximizing the living experience for residents and the community.

You will direct leasing, maintenance, and safety activities, manage cash flow, and analyze monthly financials to meet financial and operational goals. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience
• Strong leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations knowledge
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata preferred) and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community including maintenance, leasing, and safety.
• Direct and coordinate revenue collection and budget performance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendor relationships; maintain resident relations.
• Ensure accurate lease data and compliance with management procedures.
