Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Proficiency in property management software; Yardi preferred.
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Google platform proficiency.

• Strive to improve community performance to meet annual financial and operational goals.
