Job summary

You will lead on-site teams, manage cash flow and leasing strategy, prepare monthly financial statements, and ensure accurate lease data and compliance with company policies, while delivering outstanding resident

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in property management.
• Experience with leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of property management, leasing, maintenance, and safety.
• Drive leasing strategies and marketing to meet financial goals.
• Direct loss prevention, risk management, and safety programs.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain accurate property files and lease data in management software.
• Manage resident relations and coordinate repairs.
