Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC in the Piney Green area of North Carolina is seeking a Community Supervisor to support the Community Director and Community Manager in daily property operations and resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes accurate rent posting, delinquencies management, and timely financial close.

You will also handle lease administration, move-ins/outs, vendor payments, and coordination with maintenance, while guiding site-level staff and contributing to resident

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years property leasing experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing others.
• Experience with YARDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all accounts receivable including collecting rent and posting rent.
• Collects delinquent balances and processes tenant refunds.
• Generates monthly financial and leasing reports and lease expiration matrix.
• Audits records for lease expirations, delinquencies and notices.
• Processes evictions and attends court hearings.
• Leases units and processes renewals.
• Coordinates with maintenance and processes vendor payables.
• Performs property inspections and ensures safety and appearance.
