Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC seeks a seasoned Community Director to oversee operations and finances for a 500–950 unit military housing community. You will lead staff, drive leasing and revenue, coordinate with government partners, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, hands-on management, and proactive marketing to maximize occupancy and asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or related field.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills with ability to analyze data and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff up to termination as needed.
• Liaise with Government and military partners and maintain open communication.
• Oversee daily operations of multi-family military housing to meet budgeted goals.
• Analyze performance, maximize cash flow after debt service, and ensure compliance with policies.
