Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to support the Community Director in operating a property, ensuring resident satisfaction and efficient financial processes. You will lead staff, manage rent collections, delinquencies, and lease activity while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role includes preparing reports, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting resident retention through coordination of events and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property leasing experience.
• At least one year of experience managing others.
• Experience with YARDI preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists, and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitors accounts receivable, processes rent, and maintains rent roll.
• Manages delinquencies, evictions, and related notices.
• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports, including month-end close.
• Audits records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Processes evictions, including paperwork, notices, and court appearances.
• Leases units and processes renewals; sends lease expiration letters.
• Creates and processes vendor payables and invoices for AP.
• Coordinates safety and property condition inspections; liaises with maintenance.
