Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC seeks a Community Manager to assist the Community Director in daily property operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will supervise leasing and resident service staff, oversee rent collection and delinquencies, and support accounting close processes.

You will partner with maintenance, vendors, and residents to maintain safety, compliance, and a positive community environment in Kailua, Hawaii.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years property leasing experience; 1 year of supervising others.
• Experience with YARDI property software preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise community staff and participate in hiring and evaluation.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency control, and lease administration.
• Prepare and analyze financial and leasing reports; support site leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
