Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to assist the Community Director in operating the property and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists, manage rent collections and delinquencies, and generate financial and leasing reports. The role includes coordinating with maintenance, handling move-ins/outs, and supporting resident programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitors accounts receivable, including rent posting and rent roll accuracy.
• Processes evictions and related filings in a timely manner.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports; including month-end close and lease expiration matrices.
• Coordinates with maintenance for timely unit reconditioning after move-outs.
• Assists with resident retention and planning social events at the property.
