Job summary

The Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to support the Community Director in running a busy property. You will interact with residents, vendors, and Army community members while ensuring excellent service and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include leading Community Supervisors and Leasing Specialists, managing rent collection and delinquencies, and coordinating reporting, inspections, and move-ins/outs.

Qualifications

• Two years of property leasing experience or equivalent skills.
• Experience managing others for at least one year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Supervisors and Leasing Specialists.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent posting, and rent rolls.
• Process delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices.
• Prepare month-end pre-close and closeout reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations and delinquencies.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
