Job summary

Avanath seeks a dedicated Community/Property Manager to oversee operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial health of the community. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with regional leadership to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations to ensure satisfaction and well-being for residents and staff.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate on-site operations, vendor relationships, and compliance matters.
• Promote resident events and retention programs and respond to concerns promptly.
