Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned Community/Property Manager to oversee our residential community in a manner that prioritizes resident satisfaction and financial health. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering superior customer service.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage resident relations and deliver exceptional customer service across the resident lifecycle.
• Ensure a positive experience from move‑in to move‑out and promptly address complaints.
• Advocate for residents by communicating concerns to senior leadership.
• Serve as a resource on community matters affecting residents’ living experience.
• Lead on-site operations, budgets, rent rolls, and occupancy goals.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations.
