Job summary

Avanath Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a community in Los Angeles with focus on resident satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to resolving resident concerns and coordinating with executive leadership.

You will manage budgets, leasing targets, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the property management industry
• 2+ years as a community/property manager
• LIHTC and Tax Credit knowledge required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community in an efficient and profitable manner
• Foster an environment of satisfaction and well-being for residents and associates
• Ensure adherence to property management rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals
• Prepare monthly reports and financials in a timely fashion
• Coordinate and oversee on-site operations and vendor relationships
