Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in property management (from the ad)
• 2+ years as a community/property manager
• Strong communication with residents and staff
• Familiarity with budgets, rent rolls, and property financials
• LIHTC and Tax Credit knowledge is required

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and customer service across the resident life-cycle
• Oversee budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals
• Prepare monthly reports and financials accurately and timely
• Coordinate on-site operations including vendor relationships and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws
• Lead and develop team members to meet performance goals
